Our Returns Policy

At Gear Up SA, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

Returns may be accepted if the product:

  • Is defective

  • Was damaged during delivery

  • Is not the item you ordered

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or promotional items (where stated)

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

Gear Up SA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout

Refund processing times may vary depending on PayFast and your bank, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before fulfilment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

International Fulfilment

Some orders are fulfilled through international suppliers. Delivery times and return processes may vary accordingly, and customers acknowledge this when placing an order.
