Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing and courier delays. Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Returns may be accepted in cases where products are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect items were supplied.
